Each hat undergoes an extraordinary process of 162 individual steps, is handled over 200 times by a team of 60 skilled craftspeople, and takes approximately six weeks to complete from felting to final finish.
Designed to withstand the elements, Akubra hats are 100% weatherproof and, with proper care, can last for more than 20 years.
