What’s on Melbourne in February

Other than obviously coming down to The Hat Project for an enjoyable shopping experience there are a multitude of things going on in Melbourne this February so have a look below to see some of our thoughts on the best things to do in the last month of Summer.

  1. Moonlight Cinema

If you haven’t seen this cinema on your socials by now then where have you been! This super cute outdoor cinema is very instagramable and great for date night. Located at the royal botanic gardens this DOG FRIENDLY event is a must and you can book it here.

  1. National Sustainable Living Festival

From the 1st to the 28th of February this festival is the largest of it’s kind within Australia. It’s unique approach to the climate crisis takes innovation and sustainability to a new level in a easy to understand way which is a must for everyone to visit at least once!

  1. NGV Friday Nights

We’ve said it once and we will say it again the NGV is such a wonderful place for all people to go to. If you are anything like us and work that 9-5 grind this is the perfect place to come afterwork and just vibe. Part of the National gallery get’s opened up with life DJ’s and a bar so you know it’s going to be good there. For more info you can head over to their page to book and read more about it!

  1. Makers Market at the District

Running on every Sunday there is a craft makers market held at the District Docklands filled with crafts, homewares and homegrown produce. This market is perfect in all weathers as it is shaded but going in February ensures that the weather *should* be good enough to continue your day out in the city and get to see many more sights!
